Description

Expected Compensation Range: $161,700 - $195,500/yr. Exact salary determined by experience and education related to the role, organizational compensation structure and internal equity.

Position Overview:
The Managing Director of Equity, Inclusion, Diversity and Access (EIDA) plays a critical role in providing strategic direction and leadership. This involves developing and implementing an enterprise EIDA strategy, leading cultural change, building a diverse workforce, management of the ERGS, expanding our reach to diverse communities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership: In partnership with business leaders, develop and implement a multi-year, comprehensive EIDA strategy aligned with the company's mission and values and integrate it into all aspects of the organization.

  • Change Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and priorities to support EIDA.

  • Program Development and Management: Design and implement programs and policies that promote a culture of EIDA within the workforce, including training and awareness initiatives.

  • Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation and learning, encouraging employees to explore new approaches to EIDA.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with employees and leaders across the organization to create buy-in and support for EIDA initiatives. Engaging employees at all levels to promote inclusivity and understanding.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilizing data to identify areas of improvement, measure progress towards EIDA and change management goals, and report on the effectiveness of initiatives to stakeholders.

  • Community and External Relations: Representing the organization in community and industry events related to diversity and inclusion and partnering with external organizations to enhance the company's EIDA reputation.


Qualifications

The role requires a collaborative, business minded, analytical, strategic change agent with a passion for diversity and inclusion.

  • Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of experience in lieu of degree.

  • Minimum of 5 years developing strategies and leading enterprise change initiatives.

  • Proven business acumen, adept at comprehending market shifts, industry complexities, and competitive landscapes.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.

  • Proficient in conducting cultural assessments and collaborating with employees to co-create and realize action-oriented strategies for organizational improvement.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences with clarity and impact.

  • Excellent leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering EIDA strategies, experiences and learning programs.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proficient in developing key performance indicators, adept at data analysis, and skilled in delivering insightful reports.
